Lunch served from 12pm to 2pm. Dinner served from 7pm to 10pm.
Meals are also served in the R bar, every day from 12pm until 10pm.
These menus are subject to change due to fresh produce availability.

The à la carte menu has a wide range of dishes, all of which are individually priced and made with local Scottish produce wherever possible. The a la carte menu is available in the restaurant for both lunch and dinner.

With the set menu you have a choice of three sumptuous dishes from each of the three courses for £25 per person for lunch and £28 per person for dinner. The set menu is served in the restaurant for both lunch and dinner. 

The RouXpress menu consists of four smaller courses, all of which are served in individual dishes gathered together on one plate at the very reasonable price of £14.95 per person. The RouXpress is served for lunch in the restaurant and throughout the day, until 6pm in the R bar.
