Accessibility

The Rocpool Reserve Hotel understands that every customer has different needs and we aim to make our hotel facilities available and accessible to all of our guests equally. In instances where this is not possible, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

Before you arrive

Reservations and enquiries can be made online, by phone, fax or email. Please ensure that our staff are made aware of any special requests or requirements at the earliest opportunity and we will do our best to help. We have a ramp at the side of the hotel which takes you into the restaurant which is just next to the main reception area, we advise that we have prior notification of any persons who will be having use of a wheelchair.

When you arrive

Please ask when making your booking and we can let you know the best place to park and access to the property. We will be delighted to collect your luggage from your car and deliver it to your room.

Reception

Our reception staff will be able to advise you about room facilities and access to bedrooms, our public disabled toilet and public lounges and areas of the hotel. Please note that at present we unfortunately do not have bedrooms suitable for wheelchair users due to not having grab rails, hoists or walk in washing facilities. If you need a ground floor room, of which we have 1, our reservations team are able to talk you through the options available.

Additional Information

Assistance dogs are welcome and no charge is made. Large print menus can be provided on request.
